Shipments to USA (Standard Mail): 20 to 30 business days.

Rest of the world: 20 to 40 business days.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or local customs.

3. Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before completing the purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, if priority mail was selected we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. It may take a few days for the tracking information to update due to international transit and supplier availability.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be responsible for non-delivery of the package. If the order is returned due to an error in the address, the customer will be required to cover the reshipping costs.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on the customer's location, import duties or taxes may apply once the order reaches its destination. These additional costs are the customer's responsibility, and My Great Wish has no control over or responsibility for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. We ask that you contact us within [30] days of the shipping date to investigate and offer a solution.

8. Refused Shipments
