What Makes It Waterproof? 

Leak-Proof Blankets are bonded* with a liquid-proof internal layer making it liquid-proof and absorbent on both sides.  The liquid-proof layer is made of 100% recycled Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), which makes both sides of the blanket liquid-proof and absorbent.

The TPU is a non-toxic, BPA-free and a 100% food-grade safe material that does not contain any chemicals that interfere with the endocrine or hormone system.
